DELIVERY

Each product is kindly sent to you directly by our partners, therefore the cost and method of delivery will vary. Some of our products are made to order so you may have to wait slightly longer to receive certain items, however all of the details (including prices, international shipping options and delivery times) are clearly displayed on the relevant product page. Wherever the term “working days or hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs typically range from £1 to £12, depending on the product. A small number of our partners offer free delivery on all of their products. Where free delivery is offered, it will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page.

 

BUYING MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

– Get free delivery on orders over £200

As we work with several independent designers and makers located across the UK and further afield, your items will be sent to you from different locations. For the time being that means a delivery cost per item, unless you spend £200 or more in a single transaction. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery cost, method of delivery and wait time.

 

AFFILIATE PRODUCTS

A small number of products can be purchased via an affiliate link, which will take you to the website of one of our partners. These links contain a code which remembers how you arrived at their website and allows us to earn a small commission through any resulting sales. These links do not reveal any personal information about you.

If you choose to buy an item using an affiliate link, your order will be placed directly with a partner and it will be subject to their terms and conditions. Further information regarding the delivery and returns policies of our partners can be found on their websites and we do not accept responsibility for any issues arising from such purchases.

 

RETURNS

We hope you’ll love your leopard purchase as much as we do, however should you wish to return or exchange an item, you must complete our Request a Refund form within 21 days of receiving your purchase. Before completing the form please ensure your item is eligible for a refund and meets the conditions outlined below. If your refund is accepted, you will receive a refund code and a return address by email.

Most of our products are eligible for a full refund or exchange with 21 days of you receiving your purchase. All unwanted items must be undamaged, unworn, with tags still attached and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags may not be accepted and may be sent back. Full refunds and exchanges will also be provided if your items are damaged or defective, however you must still complete our Request a Refund form within 21 days of receiving your purchase. We will not process any refunds requested more than 21 days after you receive your purchase.

The refund information for each product can be found on the relevant product page and you should read this carefully before completing your purchase. Our partners who do not currently offer refunds are:

If your request for a refund meets these conditions, you will receive a refund code and a return address by email. You must include the refund code both on the packaging and within your parcel to ensure your refund is processed correctly. Please do not attempt to return any items to us (or our partners) without first completing our Request a Refund form.

Please note that we do not offer paid return shipping labels at this time, and shipping fees are non- refundable. We take no responsibility for returned items that get lost in the post, so please ensure you retain the appropriate proof of postage and tracking information. Please allow up to seven working days for a refund, once we have received your item.
